My name is Eliza Czyżewska. I am a psychologist, meditation instructor, QEC, EFT practitioner, and TRE® Provider. I have been working with excessive stress and healing trauma for many years.

It all starts with trauma. As a result, the way we love and build relationships changes. It changes how we experience, perceive and treat ourselves, other people and the world around us. That is why healing it is so important, which opens the way to a good life and well-being.

TRAUMA, STRESS AND WELL-BEING

I grew up in a world filled with nature and medicine. I noticed the connection between lifestyle, difficult life events and physical and mental health very early on. At that time, I did not know the terms excessive stress and trauma. However, I knew that I wanted to follow this path and support people in their recovery. Today I come to you as a support and guide to places that I have come to know well during my professional and personal path.
The basis of my work is the assumption that we are made up of physical, emotional and spiritual elements. We are whole. We are also part of nature. That is why I look at every element of life or difficulty that we experience holistically, combining knowledge and experience from many areas. With an open mind and heart, I experience, learn, test and verify the latest tools, reports and research. Based on them, I created my own programs that I want to share with you.

Sometimes it is fear, sadness or pain, sometimes illness, and sometimes problems in relationships or at work. I know how tired, sad, scared and helpless we can be then. I have experienced it myself. That is why I know that change is possible. We can heal what is difficult. It can be done.
