This privacy and cookie policy describes the rules for handling personal data and using cookies and other technologies on the website https://elizaczyzewska.pl and the subpage https://sklep.elizaczyzewska.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

A user is any entity using the Site.
I. Personal data
- The User may provide their personal data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Site, such as the newsletter subscription form and the electronic product order form.
- The Administrator is the administrator of the User’s personal data.
- The data provided to the Administrator as part of the newsletter subscription form is processed for the purpose of sending the User a newsletter.
- The data provided to the Administrator as part of the electronic product order form is processed for the purpose of implementing the contract for the delivery of digital content concluded by placing an order, including issuing and sending the User a VAT invoice documenting the purchase.
- The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.
- Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the given form is intended.
- The Administrator does not share the data provided to him with any third parties.
- Personal data is collected with due diligence and appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons
- The User has the following rights:
- the right to request access to his data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to transfer data,
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator
10. The Administrator hereby informs the User that personal data provided to him as part of the newsletter subscription form are not transferred to a third country.
11. The Administrator hereby informs the User that it entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- GetResponse S.A., Grunwaldzka 413 (NEON), 80-309 Gdańsk – for the purpose of using the mailing system used to send the newsletter,
- OVH Sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław – for the purpose of storing personal data on the server,
- Fakturownia Sp. z o.o., ul. Juliana Smulikowskiego 6/8, 00-389 Warsaw – for the purpose of using accounting services and the system for issuing invoices,
- PayPro SA, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, for the purpose of making payments on the website, in the event of an order being placed by the User.
II. Cookies files
- The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
- The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then gains access to the information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper operation of the Site.
- The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device. In such a situation, the User’s use of the Site may be difficult.
- The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.
III. Other technologies
- The Administrator hereby informs the User that it uses the following technologies to track actions taken by the User within the Site:
- Google Analytics tracking code – in order to analyze the Site’s statistics, the information collected does not allow the identification of the user.
IV. Server Logs
- Using the Site involves sending queries to the server on which the Site is stored.
- Each query sent to the server is saved in the server logs. The logs include, among others, the User’s IP address, the server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system used by the User.
- The logs are saved and stored on the server.
- The data saved in the server logs is not associated with specific people using the Site and is not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
- The server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the Site, and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to administer the server.
