  • Data on your medical history – in relation to your EFT, QEC or TRE® sessions

 

How do I use your data?

I collect data to be in touch with you as well as to gain a basic understanding of your medical history to provide insight and understanding that may be beneficial in the beginning of QEC, EFT, TRE® therapies. Your data will always be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will never be shared with anyone else.

 

Do you have to provide personal data?

Providing personal data is necessary for your participation in the sessions. Failure to provide personal data prevents us from establishing cooperation.

 

How do I store your data?

Your contact and medical form will be submitted and stored by me for up to 10 years. After the end of this period, your data will still be stored for purposes resulting from legal provisions (especially tax and accounting), as well as to counteract fraud and abuse, and pursue any claims arising from the concluded contract.

 

What are your data protection rights?

Each client is entitled to:

  • right of access – you have the right to request a copy of your personal data collected in this form;
  • the right to rectification – you have the right to request that I correct any information that you believe to be inaccurate.

You also have the right to request that I complete any information that you believe is incomplete.
