Meet with me for an individual session in a space of knowledge and healing.
Perhaps you are looking for help, understanding or support in the difficulties you are currently experiencing. Perhaps someone close to you needs support, and you do not know what is best to do in this situation. Or perhaps you need a change because your everyday life has become difficult. Maybe you have a “splinter” inside you that does not allow you to enjoy life. This splinter can be very different things such as fears, pain, migraines, depression, difficulties in relationships or work. This place that hurts the most is important information. By following it, you can heal it. And I can support you on the way.
However, I will not promise you spectacular healing in one hour. Your path to healing and good life is very special, it is yours. It cannot be planned, measured or shortened. This is a space that needs peace, trust and a sense of security. This is a space that needs your readiness and action.

HOW I WORK
The basis of my work is the assumption that each of us consists of a physical, emotional and spiritual element. We are a whole. We are also a part of nature. A single psychology/EFT/TRE®/meditation session lasts 60 minutes..
A single QEC session lasts 90 minutes..
You decide how often you want to use the sessions (of course, depending on the availability of dates).
The first meeting is an INITIAL CONSULTATION and lasts 60 minutes. Together we will determine what form of cooperation will be most beneficial for you.
If you are determined to use a specific form of therapy and want to start cooperation, please arrange a psychological session/EFT/TRE® (60 min) or a QEC session (90 min).
The session will start promptly at the previously agreed time.
In the event of a delay, full payment is required and the session will not be extended.
In the event of a delay on my part, I commit to carry out the entire session in the agreed time frame or extend the next session by the “missing” time.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the session starts without incurring a session fee. The session fee paid “in advance” will automatically be transferred to the next scheduled date, and the meeting will take place at the earliest possible date. The exceptions are unforeseen circumstances, which I will consider individually.
If the meeting is not canceled or is canceled during the session, I consider the session to have taken place according to schedule. The exceptions are unforeseen circumstances, which I will consider individually.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend the session, please let me know.
The cost of a psychological session / EFT / TRE® / meditation – 60 min is PLN 300.
The cost of a QEC session – 90 min is PLN 350.
Payment for the session is made “in advance” when booking the appointment. It is not possible to book a visit without making a payment.

I am obligated to keep confidential all information obtained from you during the session, as well as the fact that you are using the session. The exception is a situation where your life or health or the health of third parties is at risk, or situations specified by law. When cooperating with other specialists (e.g. psychiatrist, physiotherapist) always with your consent – I only share necessary information.
During the first meeting, we will together establish a psychological contract for our meetings. In situations where the client violates the mutually accepted rules, I may decide to end the cooperation.
We use the Zoom platform for our meetings.
